REWARDS PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS
ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible to participate in this Reward Program, you must have an active, paid Quarterly or Annual subscription to nawmalEDU.
The Reward Program is not available during the Free Trial of nawmalEDU.
The Reward Program is not available for monthly recurring subscription.
When you purchase a Quarterly or Annual subscription to nawmalEDU, you will be sent an email that will include your unique, Personal Invite Code.

EARNING REWARDS
A reward is earned when a new user purchases a paid Quarterly or Annual subscription to use nawmalEDU; and at the time of purchasing their subscription, that new user enters a valid, Personal Invite Code.
The new subscriber, and the owner of the Personal Invite Code will each earn one reward.
Both parties will be notified by email of their new reward, sent to the email address used for their nawmal subscription.

Upgrades add additional functionality, features or asset families (characters and sets) that will be added to your account, and will be available for use with your existing subscription to nawmalEDU

REFUND
When a Reward is redeemed as a Refund, a partial reimbursement will be made of the fees charged for the active subscription period.
A Refund cannot be redeemed with a monthly subscription. (If you currently have a monthly subscription and would like to switch to a quarterly plan please contact us at support@nawmal.com)
For a quarterly subscription, a refund of US$14.97 will be made to the payment card used for the active subscription.
For an annual subscription, a refund of US$14.97 will be made to the payment card used for the active subscription.
A maximum of one refund may be redeemed during any one subscription period.

To redeem a Reward, send an email to rewards@nawmal.com stating which of the available Rewards you would like to have added to your account.
The chosen Reward will be applied to your account within a reasonable delay.

GOVERNING LAWS
This Privacy Policy and the relationship between You and nawmal shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec (Canada) without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You and nawmal agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the judicial district of Montreal, Quebec, Canada.
